Brighton’s White Night Festival ran annually between 2008-2011 on the night the clocks went back to celebrate the extra hour. White Night or Nuit Blanche is a series of international festivals which take place around the world.
I took part in the festival between 2009 and 2010 with experimental performance pieces in collaboration with Dr Rosie Sedgwick at the Phoenix Gallery within a night of events curated by Anna Dumitriu.

Incorporating anatomical body painting and textiles, we participated as roaming anatomical pieces throughout the night.
The public were encouraged to engage in a medical mural which developed through the night using different materials in order to explore their own interpretations of anatomy and the body.
